Member Responsibilities
What we expect from our members
Financial Contribution
Members contribute $150 monthly to our collective fund. This consistent contribution enables planning for both short and long-term adventures.
Active Participation
We expect members to participate in at least 50% of events and attend our monthly planning meetings (virtual attendance is fine).
Idea Contribution
Members are expected to suggest at least one adventure or experience idea per year to keep our collective imagination thriving.
Community Spirit
Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and respect for all members, remembering that our strength lies in our collective approach.
How We Manage Resources
Transparent and democratic resource management
Collection
Monthly member contributions of $150 are automatically collected and deposited into our LLC bank account.
Proposal
Members submit experience proposals with estimated costs, logistics, and potential dates.
Voting
All proposals are voted on during monthly meetings, requiring 70% approval for major expenses and simple majority for smaller ones.
Planning
Approved experiences are assigned planning committees of 2-3 volunteer members who handle logistics.
Execution
Funds are disbursed for the experience, with all expenses tracked and shared transparently with members.
Review
After each experience, we conduct a brief review to document successes and areas for improvement.
